When encrypting a plain text file using the SecureBlackbox (SBPGP), it can't be decrypted by the PGP command line.

The version of theSecureBlackbox is
The version of PGP command is 6.5.8

Is it due to the incompatibility of the two softwares?

PGP 6.5 requires specific algorithms and properties to be set.

Set UseNewFeatures to false, then set UseOldPackets to true, and when encrypting, try 3DES as encryption algorithm.

Also, we strongly recommend upgrading to the latest version of SecureBlackbox. Version 4 that you use is outdated and can fail on .NET 2.0 and later due to bugs in compiler, used to build that version (we changed compiler in SecureBlackbox 5).

Sincerely yours

Let me explain you ...Why this might happen.
Try generating RSA key with Eldos Key Generation Utility then Try Encrypting and Decrypt .
It might Work I saw this Problem with DSS Elgamal Key genrated with Eldos ...
Its key Compatibility Issue and not an encryption and Decryption Process.
Generate keys through PGP command Line also .

Try these ELdos key RSA Encrypt Decrypt

ELdos key DSS Encrypt Decrypt

PGP DSS tool Commandline key Encrypt Decrypt
PGP RSA tool Commandline key Encrypt Decrypt
