Can you tell me please, how to display unicode characters in filenames with ElSimpleSftpClient correct?

The related, better question is, how to dertermine the encoding used by the server?

According to SFTP standard, servers should use utf8. However, thay may use other charset. Also, servers can send used filenames charset in specific extension, in ElSimpleSFTPClient it is exposed as ElSimpleSFTPClient.ExtendedProperties.FilenameCharset.
However, nobody can guarantee that server will send it, and that server will use utf8 as it should be.
