Encrypting data with certificate

No, this just means that you need to read about what certificates are and how they are used. The introductory articles can be found in SecureBlackbox knowledgebase, and more detailed information can be found in books listed in this forum topic.

Now I am telling you for the third time - go ahead with the above mentioned components and that's all you need to do until you read the books and understand in depth what you are doing.

PKCS#7 used by TElMessageEncryptor (or TElMessageSigner, this is not important at the moment) doesn't encrypt data using RSA key. It encrypts data using symmetric algorithm and randomly generated session key (which is short). RSA key is used to encrypt this session key. All of this is done behind the scene and you don't need to dive deep into details.

Sincerely yours
Eugene Mayevski
