I have a pfx cert file a.pfx used to encrypt a file say b.txt. I want to load a.pfx in TElX509Certificate and decrypt file b.txt programatically.

What method of TElX509Certificate do I need to use?

It depends on format used to store the encrypted data. For encrypted messages stored in PKCS#7 format, please consider using TElMessageDecryptor class (see MessagesDemo sample for details).
