SFTP is a binary protocol with a predefined set of commands. You can't send custom commands to the server.

Can you recommend a way to avoid the server to disconnect, because we have an automatic application the way we use to do it was to ping the server with NOOP (FTP) but now that we changed to SFTP, we need a way to keep the connection Alive, what do you recommend.

SFTP protocol does not support keep-alive messages. However, you can emulate keep-alives by sending fake absolute path requests (RequestAbsolutePath('.')).
