we're currently test the SecureBlackbox PKI. The c# code below

TElWinCertStorage LdapStorage = new TElWinCertStorage();
LdapStorage.StorageType = TSBStorageType.stLDAP;
LdapStorage.AccessType = TSBStorageAccessType.atCurrentUser;
// an RFC 2255 compliant LDAP URI
LdapStorage.SystemStores.Add("LDAP://ourserver.domain.name.de/DC=domain,DC=name,DC=de?bindname=CN=Vladimir Fischer,CN=Users,DC= domain,DC= name,DC=de?!bindpass=MyPassword");

throws an exception:

Failed to open storage
bei SBWinCertStorage.TElWinCertStorage.Open()
bei SBWinCertStorage.TElWinCertStorage.HandleStoresChange(Object Sender)
bei SBStringList.TElStringList.TriggerChange()
bei SBStringList.TElStringList.EndUpdate()
bei SBStringList.TElStringList.Add(String value)
bei PKITest.Program.LoadLDAPStorage() in C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\vf\Eigene Dateien\Visual
Studio 2008\Projects\SecureBlackboxTest\PKITest\Program.cs:Zeile 92.
bei PKITest.Program.Main(String[] args) in C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\vf\Eigene Dateien\Visual Studio 2
008\Projects\SecureBlackboxTest\PKITest\Program.cs:Zeile 55.

We have following questions.
1)How is the LDAP URI string for SystemStores.Add() method to look?
2)Only the distinguished name (DN) of the user as bindname is permitted? If
not, how to authenticate against the LDAP by the System.Environment.UserName?

Can you help?

SecureBlackbox currently doesn't have built-in support for LDAP storages.
The request you've specified is passed directly to CryptoAPI without any changes so any error that happens is the one reported by Windows.

Sincerely yours
