If my SSH server is accepting gzip compressed messages, how do we incorporate gzip compression with secure blackbox? Is it something readily available or should we have to compress it on our side?

SSH provides ZLIB compression as part of the protocol, but this compression is transparent to the applications. If you receive gzip compressed messages, this means that somebody or something sends them to you. So you need to ask the sender, what you are expected to do with that data. SecureBlackbox includes code for GZIP compression internally, but this code is currently not available for external use.
