After signing an PDF file several times, ADOBE 7 shows that the first signature is valid but ADOBE 9.2 shows that the first signature is invalid.
As the PDF file is the same I can conclude that the interpretation of 9.2 is different from ADOBE 7.
Any change in the signature code is required for ADOBE 9.2?
It is normal only the last signature is valid?

That seems to be caused by a reworked UI of Adobe Reader 9.2. A newer version of the Acrobat just reports the older signature as invalid for re-signed documents. However, it still validates the corresponding revision of the document correctly (right-click on the first signature, choose View Signed Version and check the signature for the opened revision). So it is a presentation layer issue, as for me.
