What is required to use the SecureBlackbox into a ASMX- or WCF-Wbeservice? I wrote a little procedure the encrypt a file. The test on localhost worksa successfull. After installing on the server a call of the webservice return the following:

The file or Assembly "SecureBlackbox, Version=7.1.0.163, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=5a62fa96d0ac431a" or a dependence was not found.

The SecureBlackbox (Test version) was installed on the server.

Many thanks and sorry for my small english.

Karl

Thank you for your interest in our products.

There are no special requirements for the web services (assuming that all the required SBB assemblies are available on the destination system). Please re-check that SecureBlackbox.dll is deployed and available for the service application.

Thanks for your answer.
After re-installation of the SecureBlackbox on the Webserver the Message will show again if I call the webservice. How can I check that the dll is available?

Please try one (or both) of the following solutions:
1) put the assembly to the GAC on the server,
2) put it near the web service binary itself.

Installing by exctracting the zipFile and then start of the SecBBoxNetSetup.exe. From the options the .NET 2.0/3.0/3.5, the .NET CF 2.0 and the Mono 2.0 are selected. Is this wrong?
