Are you using built-in crypto provider? This is by default. In this case you don't need to install anything.
Or you are using TElXMLSigner in FIPS-compliant mode?

I don't understand your questions, my knowhow is not so depth in this.
what I need is to sign XML file using my win32 application.

by default you are signing by your own provider ? not registered in system registry ?

FIPS-compliant - don't know what it is :(

Just ignore the above questions.

SecureBlackbox has it's own set of cryptoproviders and cryptographic algorithm implementations. Unless you use FIPS mode (and you don't), all algorithms required by the standard, are available for use on any system starting from Windows 98 and Windows NT.

Sincerely yours
