I am trying to understand where the Filename parameter of the OnCreateOutputStream event handler comes from. The specific example I am working with now contains a zip file that was encrypted using GPG. The file name appears to be the root folder within which is the zip file. Does this sound right? In another instance, the pgp file being decrypted contains a zip file only, and the name of that zip file is what shows up as the Filename parameter.

If the pgp file begin decrypted contains a folder, can I navigate in some way to the underlying files?

The filename is the name that was put there by the encryptor. It can be anything, including empty file name.
