Thanks Mykola - that may be very helpful information. Can I use the information returned as the server key in anyway to help debug this situation? Any suggestions on how to determine what the authorization problem is? I have tried to modify some of the settings such as encrytpion but I am not seeing any different results. Thanks again.

Could you please provide us the details of the problem you are facing? The original issue was specific to that particular case and is not a common problem.

I don't think this is "the same" connection problem. In your case the private key file can not be loaded, as it seems. Please run the code in IDE and check the result code returned by TElSSHkey.LoadPrivateKey() method.

Sorry it has taken so long to get back with you.
I was waiting on a reply from the remote location.

First, the return code from TElSSHkey.LoadPrivateKey() method was 0.

I asked the remote location to look at their logs to see if there an error was captured on their side. This was their reply...

"The concerned team has checked our system and have advised that they were unable to find any logs at the times mentioned. They’ve advised that it may be failing prior to the point that the server considers to be a full connection so it is not captured."

Indeed the problem happens before full connection takes place, but properly setup system should log failed authentication and other failures for security purposes.

I will move your question to HelpDesk for investigation - most likely there's some incompatibility with the server in regards to key handling.

Sincerely yours
Eugene Mayevski
