I'm playing with SSHTerminal Demo Code.

Comparing it with PUTTY I see that the presentation of the same Font "Courier New" differs. The Terminalemulation is set to ANSI.

I my Environment I use a RedHat 5 SSH Server. After Connection I start the Midnightcommander (mc).
Under PUTTY it looks very well.
Under SSHTerminal the "Line Drawing Characters" are not displayed very well.

How can I fix this.

PS: This is requiered for me.

SecureBlackbox provides SSH transport for arbitrary data. It doesn't provide any terminal emulation. Neither it supports telnet escape sequences.

VCL sample for Terminal uses terminal component from ICS, but that class is very old and is used solely to demonstrate capabilities of the transport itself.

This means that it's your job to handle any escape sequences you might encounter and emulate the terminal in the way you need.

Sincerely yours
