Do you have an example for signing a PDF-file with a certificate in the Internet Explorer.

You have a visual Basic.Net example Tiny PDF Signer.
Do you also have a example of that where we can sign a PDF file inside the Internet Explorer (throw .Net Framework maybe)?

What you mean by signing inside IE? Do you want to embed an ActiveX into IE and let that ActiveX sign the document? OR you want to sign the document in your code using the certificate in Windows Certificate Storage (IE is not related in any way to Windows Certificate Storage)?

I want an internet application where I can select a PDF-document, then select a certificat from the certificate store in IE (see attachment) and sign the PDF-document with it.

So no windows application but a web site application.

You can create an ActiveX control (using VCL edition of SecureBlackbox) which will perform signing and certificate manipulation on the client side. This is not a big problem.

Everything will be done on the client side. Additionally you will need to implement HTTPS communication with the server in order to transfer the document back and forth.

All of this is possible and not too hard, but takes time to implement of course.
