SFTP v4.4.0.94
.NET v3.5 project

Given the following pseudo-code ...
Code
SBSimpleSftp.TElSimpleSFTPClient.OpenDirectory(...);
SBSimpleSftp.TElSimpleSFTPClient.ReadDiectory(...);

// this is true for all list items returned...
SBSftpCommon.TElSftpFileInfo.Attributes == SBSftpCommon.TSBSftpFileType.ftUnknown;

Is there a way to determine whether a listing is a directory or a file?

Thank you for contacting us.

1) Does the problem occur with some particular server or with any server you are connecting to,
2) Does the TElSftpFileAttributes.Directory property work?

I can remember some problem with file types in some old build of SecureBlackbox. It appeared quickly and was resolved soon after appearing.
Please try running fresh version of SecureBlackbox and see if the problem exists. If it goes away, then it's a good reason to upgrade ;). Please remember that SecureBlackbox release date approaches fast.

Sincerely yours

I've only tried it against a single server. However, that is the server it needs to work with.

The boolean Directory property of TElSftpFileAttributes does indeed work. That will be sufficient for my purposes.

Thanks for the help.

Still trying to get Mr. Moneybags to do just that. ;-)

Create virtual file systems and disks, expose and manage remote data as if they were files on the local disk.
