Thank you for letting us know about the problem, we can confirm it for now. We will prepare the fix for the future SecureBlackbox update.

I've just found this thread after submitting a Support ticket (TID#22999)

The documentation states in the "What's new in SecureBlackbox 8.0 " page:

"TElX509Certificate objects can now be cast to and from .NET X509Certificate2 objects."

However I don't find how to perform such cast using the .NET Compact Framework 3.5... if I load a pfx to a TElX509Certificate object, save it to a byte array with SaveToBuffer and then instanciate a X509Certificate2 object from that byte array, do I get "the same" certificate that was loaded from the .pfx? The need to have a X502Certificate2 is to attach it to the ClientCertificates collection of a HttpWebRequest.

I am not sure about casting. There exist methods TElX509Certificate.ToX509Certificate2 and TElX509Certificate.FromX509Certificate2, but I suspect they can be missing in .NET CF. You need to check this.

I was wrong - .NET CF doesn't have those methods.
