I am using the SimpleSFTPDemo to connect to a FTP server and I am getting an error code 10060. I am not using any private keys to authenticate. Can you please let me know what I am doing wrong?

Winsock Error 10060 means "Connection timed out".
If you get this error, most likely there is a (temporary) problem with the server (or some router along the way).

Where can I find this list which includes this error and the error for connection rejected? I want to make sure to handle others along the same lines. I looked in the help file and could not find these values. The error codes in the help file under SSH do not line up.
