Your code is ok, but are you sure that the message was encrypted for the SecretKeys(0)? Please try the same with the SecretKeys(1), or assign OnKeyPassphrase event handler.

I have an OnKeyPassphrase, but it is never entered (exception occures before). If i change to SecretKeys(1), i got an exception, because there is only 1 key. In the picture i sent to u, it looks like 2 keys. Is there any other information i can provide you with to help solving this problem?

Okay, as those steps didn't help, please create a helpdesk ticket, and post your keys and encrypted file there.
