What does your question should mean? PDFBlackbox is the only solution to sign and encrypt a PDF file from .NET application

You can do this consequently, choosing the order that you need (i.e. signing encrypted data, or encrypting signed data).

Eugene, it is not possible with current version of SecureBlackbox. The problem is that PDF specification does not define methods for signing encrypted files (and encrypting signed files). We have a corresponding item in our to do list, but I think it will be available only in SecureBlackbox 5.1 (since it needs certain investigations).

Please tell for it is a development many are waiting for.
