I am using the following code to use custom picture when signing but it does not seem to be working. The PDF does grows in size as if the picture was added but the sign background stays blank. Could some one tell me what I am doing wrong.

sign.WidgetProps.AutoPos= true;
sign.sign.WidgetProps.AutoSize = true;
sign.WidgetProps.AutoStretchBackground =false;
sign.WidgetProps.BackgroundStyle = TSBPDFWidgetBackgroundStyle.pbsCustom;
Bitmap bitmap = new Bitmap("sign.jpg");
MemoryStream mem = new MemoryStream();

sign.WidgetProps.Background.Width = bitmap.Width;
sign.WidgetProps.Background.Height = bitmap.Height;
sign.WidgetProps.Background.Data= mem.GetBuffer();

Signed and orignal PDFs are in the attached zip archive.

Thank you

Please do the search in the forum and read documentation and how-to's in the knowledgebase. The file should be in JPEG2000 format, not in JPEG. These are completely different things.
