Is there any way to verify the signature that was added to my data after calling the EncryptAndSign method?

There is a method DecryptAndVerify of TElPGPReader for a such purpose. Or do you mean something else?

I just want to check the signature, not decrypt. Is there a way to do this?

There's no way to do this, as the signature is stored as a part of encrypted message. I.e. you need to decrypt the whole message to access the signature.
