I need know if a file is signed or not before I load any key into verifying keyring. I mean, if hte file is not signed, I don't want to load any key into the verifying keyring. Is it possible?

What algorithm are you talking about? If you are talking about OpenPGP, you can call DecryptAndVerify without providing any keys, and check the error.
