HI!
I have some difficulties.
As I use SSLClientDemo(URL:EldoS\SecureBlackbox.NET\Samples\C#\SSLBlackbox\Client\SSLClientDemo).
Input:www.itrust.cn
Return:
Code
Certificate is expired.
Certificate is signed by unknown Certificate Authority.

Certificate parameters:
Version: 3
Issuer:
Subject: www.itrust.cn
Validity period: 2006-6-6 14:37:08 - 2007-6-7 14:37:08

In fact the "www.itrust.cn" certificate was validated due.
Can you help me to solve this question? Thanks.

The certificate returned by the address you mentioned has really expired on 6/7/2007. You can check this by connecting to the site by a browser.

If you look into the source code of the sample, you will find that the sample returns the value of the issuer's CommonName property. This property is really empty in the certificate.

Now we use SSLClientDemo test "https://www.yahoo.com"
return:
Code
Certificate is correct.

Certificate parameters:
Version: 3
Issuer:
Subject: www.yahoo.com
Validity period: 2005-5-6 17:48:05 - 2008-5-6 17:48:05

The value of the issuer's is null. But we check this by connecting to the site by a browser is true.

Sorry, we cannot help you if you do not want to read our answers.

The following lines from my previous post give you an answer:

The same concerns the certificate returned by the http://login.yahoo.com/ address.
