I may be wrong, but I think there is a bug in TElClientServerIndySSLIOHandlerSocket: it keeps ignoring the handler I assign to OnCertificateValidate and rqaises an exception when I connect to the remote server.

Any idea why ?

here is my creation and initialization creation code:

  FIOHandler := TElClientServerIndySSLIOHandlerSocket.Create(nil);
  FIOHandler.OnCertificateValidate := ValidateCertificate;
  FIoHandler.Versions := [sbSSL2, sbSSL3, sbTLS1, sbTLS11];
  FIoHandler.Passthrough := False;
  FIoHandler.ClientAuthentication := False;

TElClientServerIndySSLIOHandlerSocket is a server-side class. Please use TElClientIndySSLIOHandlerSocket component instead.
