Yes, they are at the personal folder! I could only read them by the above function if I move it (using MMC) to the "Trusted Root Certification Authorities".

Note: I'm running SYSTEM account. When I login at the administrator account, it works fine.

Do you mean that the following code:

WinStorage.SystemStores.BeginUpdate;
try
  WinStorage.SystemStores.Clear;

  WinStorage.SystemStores.EndUpdate;

works for the administrator account, but does not for the SYSTEM account?

It's working with the code you sent in the last post. I'll do the necessary corrections but it's working fine now.
