For example:
input:
-----BEGIN NEW CERTIFICATE REQUEST-----
MIIBATCBrAIBADBHMQswCQYDVQQGEwJDTjEQMA4GA1UECBMHSmlhbmdzdTEMMAoG
A1UEChMDc2V1MRgwFgYDVQQDEw9teW9hLnNldS5lZHUuY24wXDANBgkqhkiG9w0B
AQEFAANLADBIAkEAyV5YgiKJr78+69FAcXg3BaHwH3IXCHgHjKY4Cx+7760Lpg+w
MNqWhAZt/FGCSY4On0GBCpqndaRtx3mNthA16wIDAQABoAAwDQYJKoZIhvcNAQEE
BQADQQBCdTvtRObNCA57r6pxtwQfS0yWv8ihEnbncg/rHSOBqTzkv+JKcr0nrlXU
0BWjnM7Yg3Va4YFA3MGlchif1i+0
-----END NEW CERTIFICATE REQUEST-----

return:
CSR=/C=CN/ST=Jiangsu/O=seu/CN=myoa.seu.edu.cn

We now use "TElCertificateRequest_obj.Subject.get_Values(i)" ,Can not realize this function.
Does SecureBlackbox.dll have other methods?

If you want to create such text string correctly, you need to use OIDs and Values properties together and create the string yourself.
