Correct me if I am wrong, OpenPGP Blackbox does not tlak to any key server. For me, this is not a big issue because I have all keys in database. But I do need know if a key is revoked for any reason because I need mark it in database. So when I got a PGP file from somebody, how do I know in my code that he is trying to or already did revoke a the key?

There are revocation signatures, issued by the key holder, which informs about revocation status of the key (or other signatures). So you need to check key signatures, and look if one of them is of key revocation class (SignatureClass = SB_PGP_SIGTYPE_KEYREVOCATION)
