I am looking for guidance on a BSOD that we intermittently encounter when shutting down a windows service based CallbackRegistry filter client. The BSOD error is always DATA_COHERENCY_EXCEPTION. I've tried various permutations of detaching the filter or just letting my process die etc. It seems (anecdotally) to happen less when I don't formally try to call .StopFilter and just let my service process die, but it still happens occasionally.

Most likely this is the issue in the underlying library, which we have fixed recently. I've just uploaded the new build to the server so you can take and test it. Please let us know whether it resolves the problem for you.

Sincerely yours
Eugene Mayevski
