I'm testing the CallBack Driver. Using the Demo application I cannot install the CBDisk.sys driver. The application simply says it cannot be installed.
I'm using Delphi 6 Enterprise, Windows XP Pro Sp2 and am an Administrator on the machine.
Any ideas?

We will check this now. For some reason the driver installation works fine on my side. I've tested just now on WinXP / 32bit with debug version of the driver.

So can you please tell me whether you use 32bit or 64bit system and which exactly driver you are trying to install - debug or release and 32 or 64 bit?

Sincerely yours

I use a 32bit OS and tried both builds. I also tried on another machine with the same error..

Looks like this is a leftover from SolFS (whose subset is CallbackDisk) and this happens only in VCL code -- C++ and .NET works.
We will refersh the version later today.

Fixed.

When using a sample, take any file on your disk and mount it as a virtual disk. Then you can format this disk.

We will improve the samlpes tomorrow to let you create the storage files right in the sample.
