CallbackDisk is one of the best solution so far on the market. But physical drive image with basic or dynamic volumes is nearly impossible to emulate.

Do you mean that the disk is not visible as a physical device in device manager? That's true. This functionality will be implemented in CallbackDisk 2, which is planned for Spring.

We want to use your CallBackDisk solution as part of one of our software implementation but the emulation of physical disk is a requirement. Any idea of the availibity of version 2.0 ?

Was physical device support included in 2.0? If so, is there an example showing how to enable it? The two included sample applications don't appear to enable it.

Yes, it was. To create a storage, (a) install drivers with PnP support (there's a parameter in Install function) and (b) set stDiskPnP in StorageType property.
