When I use AddFilterCallbackRule() function with parameter LPCWSTR Mask many times, I want to distinguish a Mask from the others when the callback is called. Can I set ID or something in the Mask ?

There's no way to do this, and also it doesn't make much sense. You know the rules you've set and you can check whether the filename matches one or more of those rules. For the driver it would be unnecessary extra work.

I have policies every callback rule Mask. Now, I should find which Mask is right when the callback is called. It is possible but many resources would be consumed.

Thanks a lot.

Exactly, too much resources, and you are offering to consume those resources right in kernel.
