Neither remote nfs nor remote smb commands produce logs in ProcMon.

Filter includes local pathes C:\nfstest\, C:\smbtest\

Do you have any other idea what filter i could use?

It is possible that shared files are accessed through the Offline Files feature, in that case files stored somewhere in its internal database. It likely located in c:\windows\csc\... path. To confirm the problem - disable offline files from control panel in "Sync Center" on the remote machine.

Maybe there's a misunderstanding.

I use a RHEL - Distribution as remote machine.

I think there is no "offline file"-feature under linux

The possible reason of such behavior is in network redirector implementation. It may ignore some kind of file system requests. If you didn't observe any file security changes with a Callback Filter and ProcMon than it is possible that such requests doesn't come at all. Could you check that your local files acls changed, when you send appropriate command from remote machine ?

Ok, we will try to reproduce the problem locally and inform you about results.

First I have to say sorry that I did not write back. I was sick.

Did you find time to reproduce the problem?

The NFS feature is a very important criterion for us to decide to buy the product.

We are currently fixing some problems with network filtering and it may be the source of the problem. Also it is possible that local file attributes changing through the network share are implemented locally through the MUP stack. In this case you should try to add a network filter path for you local machine in a form \\server\share\folder\* and check the issue. It would be good to check the path returned by the GetFilterRule api in this case.
