Hi there,

Two questions for you:

1) Is it possible to open an alternative data stream attached to a file from within a file open callabck (even a postopencallback)?

2) Should the following prevent any callbacks from firing for each directory and subdirectory:

mFilter.AddPassThroughCallbackRule(@"C:\WINDOWS\*?", CbFltCallbackFlags.ClearCallbackFlags);
mFilter.AddPassThroughCallbackRule(@"C:\Program Files\*?", CbFltCallbackFlags.ClearCallbackFlags);

That is, I do not want a flood of message from file access notifications in either of these directories.

Thanks
Jason

It should work.

Yes, in this way all dir and subdir will be excluded from filtering.
