Is there any event on CallbackFilter library that fires when a user formats a drive?

There's no such operation as formatting. Formatting constitutes series of sector write operations, issued on a different level that CallbackFilter operates. There exists a driver class which for simplicity can be called "disk filter" and they can be used to track such operations. However, CallbackFilter is a file system filter, not disk filter.
