While attaching filter it gives exception "The system cannot find the file specified"

Make sure that you installed driver before using filter. GetDriverStatus api will help you to check the status of driver, it should report that service is running.

Thanks for quick response.

As per your suggestions, installed drivers, but still service is stopped as per prompt message "need to restart the machine" after restarting the machine it works,.
But after some time when tried to Attachfilter then the service seems to be stopped.

Need some suggestion on when the service is stopped how to start it without restarting the machine.

Please specify your MS Windows version. The driver should be installed only once. If you have any previously installed cbfilter driver version, please uninstall it before installing new one. How did you decide that driver is stopped after some time of using it ? Did you check the status from GetDriverStatus() call ?
