For example, I could add filter rules to monitor the %SYSTEMDRIVE% and also exclude the %SYSTEMROOT%.

I was trying to download the beta version from your site but got "Resource Not Found"

Btw, with feature we will be able to tell CBFlt to just to monitor files in a given directory and not in any of it's subdirectories. Right?

I downloaded the Version 2.2.37 and tried to look for some callbackfilter API that would allow excluding monitoring of sub-directories for a given directory.

The only thing I found was AddPassThroughCallbackRule() using which if you add AddPassThroughCallbackRule() for some file A.txt, then the file A.txt won't be filtered by any of the added rules.

But what I reallynede is something similar for directories so that I can pass through all sub-directories within a directory.

Thanks and Regards,

With release of CallbackFilter 2.2 you can filter by adding a passthrough rule for a mask of c:\folder_to_monitor\*\?* . This will exclude all files and subfolders for the given folder from monitoring.
