I want to use callbackfilter to prevent all disk access, except through my application.

The driver will be loaded on startup, but will not provide any protection until it has been enabled by my application.

I cannot forece windows to run my application before doing anything else, so the file system is vulnerable for a few seconds on startup.

Is there any way to prevent this vulnerability?

Unfortunately there's no way to do this now (without modifying CallbackFilter source code). I have added a task to our ToDo list to implement such functionality.

Is this feature implemented? I need a feature like this, to prevent any access to the predefined folders by default from the callbackfilter driver until the application add filters to it. is it possible?

This feature is implemented with CallbackFilter::AddFilterDefaultRule() method. Look at the product documentation for help.
