CallbackFS and Vista

I am testing our application on Vista and have come across some strange things when using Vista. The application works on Home Premium when the user account is 'Administrator' and runs on Home Basic when specifically set in the executable preferences to run with admin privileges. I get an 'Access Denied' exception when calling CreateStorage() otherwise.

Our application needs to run when the user is logged in as a standard account, ideally without the UAC prompt every time it starts. Does anyone know of a way to get around this problem?

The install/uninstall driver routines require the administrator privileges. All other CallbackFS API functions must work with standard privileges. Please specify what API (.NET 1.1, .NET 2.0, VCL, C++) you are using?
