I'm getting an error if I try to read or write more than one file into a drive created by the cbfs.

The error I get is File Open Failed A device attached to the system is not functioning. code 0x0000001F decimal 31. I've attached a screenshot

if I only run one then its fine I have managed to write and read over 160 TB

It running on a windows 2008 server pc

Thanks in advance

Thank you for interesting of our product. Could you please specify whether the problem is reproducible with any of the CBFS samples?

I've just look at you samples and found that there Delphi projects we only have c++ builder so I'm unable to open them. are you able to supply c++ builder projects?

Rewriting the sample in C++ Builder for you can be done as a custom job (for a fee).

The description of your problem hints that some of the event handlers that you have implemented need modification.

Maybe you can make some use of C++ samples that we provide for Visual Studio. I understand that the GUI is not compatible, but you at least have some C++ code to peep into and maybe make your own Mapper sample for C++Builder.

Sincerely yours

I've managed to build the mapper sample application and I'm getting the same issue.

what other information do you need from me? I can provide you with our test set-up which consist of a batch file and an application that reads and writes files if required

I have created a ticket in HelpDesk for this case. Let's continue discussion there.

I can't say this is your issue, but in my experience, a common reason for this error is a spurious call to NotifyDirectoryChange. Make sure this is only called for changes external to the FS. In fact, you can momentarily remove all calls to this and see if the problem goes away.
