my original implementation was done with CbFs 2 meanwhile I use CbFS 5 now I just saw that there is a new callback available "OnReadFileNative". I use "OnReadFile".

Now I have no glue what the difference is between both Methodes, can you give me more details?

Would it make scene to switch to "OnReadFileNative"?

That is .NET-only event version which passes a native buffer instead of managed one. The version with native buffers is faster as it omits one copy operation (to or from the managed buffer).
