We are using SetMinWorkerThreadCount/SetMaxWorkerThreadCount.
Having a look at ucblib.c UcbCreateWorker() it seems pretty obvious that MinWorkerThreadCount is never used.
(min and max always set to MaxWorkerThreadCount)

Could it be fixed in a next release?

Thank you for it. There is a bug there and in the next build it will be fixed.
