I have CBFS.cab files. I want to install the Cbfs5.sys files which is inside the cab file. I am not able to install the sys files using the installer that I have created using the installshield.Please explain how can I install the sys files using the Installshield.

Hi Abhishek,

Every (or most) installers allow to call third-party code. So it should work if you add the CBFS installer DLL to to your program's "assembly" and ask installshield to call the exported Install function from this DLL.

The only method to install the drivers from InstallShield is to call Install() function exported by the installer DLL (cbfsinst.dll) .

On a side note, if you have a license, please link the license ticket to your user account. The ticket itself and the procedure of its use are specified in the registration e-mail that was sent to you upon license purchase. If you don't have the license ticket, please contact the person from which you have obtained the license key (the one in your source code) for a license ticket.
