My Windows 7 PC keeps rebooting, and examining the dump files shows:

I have DropBox, Boxcryptor and SkyDrive installed and don't know if these use the driver. This has been on-going for some time and I have just managed to track down the cause of the error. Can I get an updated driver form somewhere, or can anyone point me in the direction of a fix?

Thank you for contacting us.

Boxcryptor uses CBFS, and they need to update the driver to the latest available version. We can't provide the update directly due to certain technical reasons.

Your system restarts itself because the kernel-mode error.

If you can do this, please capture the memory dump and provide it to us. The dump will let us find the source of the error.

The procedure of capturing the dump is described here: https://www.eldos.com/documentation/cb...rting.html

The dump can be passed via HelpDesk if it's under 3Mb in size, or you can put it to some public service such as dropbox and post the link to the file either here or to HelpDesk.

Sincerely yours
Eugene Mayevski
