Good day Mr. Kozarovitsky.

Finally we have found the reason of the problem.
There was a problem neither in CbFs, nor in my code.

The problem was, whenever IIS sends request to the folder, which is set as the root folder of a website, it sends the path in capital letters.

For example: index.html is located in Z:\MyWebsite\Root.
When we try to access index.html from Internet browser, the path is sent in capital letters, like
Quote
Z:\MyWebsite\ROOT
Z:\MYWEBSITE\ROOT
Z:\MyWebsite\ROOT\INDEX.HTML
and etc.

As our backend server is a Linux system, it was reporting that the requested file did not exist.

We solved the problem by finding the actual path of the requested file in backend server, and passing it to OnGetFileInfo and OnOpenFile callbacks.

Thank you a lot for your help.
