red question mark on windows explorer.

sometime, I found that red question mark on explorer's left side tree when started mount. It has no driver letter, volume lable.(see attaced) Do you know that this situation? If you have a solution for that, please let me know. thank you.

This happens when you create a virtual file system of Network type and for some reason network redirector DLL is not installed (it is normally installed together with drivers).

Do you have the question mark *sometimes* or *always*? If the problem happens from time to time on only one system, try to find some pattern in its behavior (eg. it happens if the application is run automatically on startup or ... ). If the problem happens always, try re-installing drivers *and* helper DLLs. They are both installed at the same time using Install method, but their installation is controlled by flags, and it's possible that the flag for network redirector DLL is not specified.

On a side note, please assign the license ticket to your user account. The ticket itself and the procedure of it's use are specified in the registration e-mail that was sent to your company upon license purchase. If you don't have a ticket, please contact the person from which you obtained the license key, for a ticket.
