Odd. I attached the file (I had zipped it and attached it). Guess I might have messed up. Attaching it again.

Hi Vladimir,

Is there a size limit? The zipped file is 7 Megs. I ran the processmonitor, cleared all events, just attempted the test to cause the failure and saved the log file and it turned out to be 75 megs before compression.

Is there any specific settings I can enable to reduce the capture size in case this is too big?

Thanks
Ray

Either send it to me via email or place it somewhere in the internet (for example use transferbigfiles.com) and give me a download link.

I've got it. Thank you.
I see the following incorrect behavior - your OnDirectoryEnumeration callback, when a "direct" mask is specified, returns incorrect result. For example:
Explorer.EXE 3300 QueryDirectory L:\Root_C\7631472-lg.jpg SUCCESS Filter: 7631472-lg.jpg, 1: AMD

I.e. for directory "L:\Root_C" it's requested to enumerate files with mask "7631472-lg.jpg". And your OnDirectoryEnumeration callback returns that this file is "AMD".

Also for file times an incorrect value is specified (it's 01.01.1601 3:00:00). I don't see the latter causes the problem but still.

Please fix the directory enumeration, run Process Monitor again, reproduce the problem and send me the log again. But perhaps it would be better if you modified the CallbackFS Mapper sample (or simplify your app which uses CallackFS) so it would be possible to reproduce the bug, and gave it to us (with sources and detailed instructions).

Also please specify the version of CallbackFS you are using and parameters of the CallbackFileSystem.AddMountingPoint call.
Thanks.

Thank you Vladimir! I will get going on this. I didnt return time so far (at this time just for testing) . Once I fix this, I will try to reproduce the problem.

It's important that you fix enumeration (first of all). Times is a secondary problem.

Sincerely yours
