Actually Windows 2000 is not supported in CBFS 3 as it uses some XP-and-later-specific API calls.

I'm testing to run our filesystem with a web application.
The app runs on Apache Tomcat and uses open library classes like FileUpload class.

The file upload calls suceeded or failed.

On error, our filesystem received 10 GetFileInfos from CBFS and returned "*FileExist=FALSE" every time.
On success, our FS received GetFileInfo, CreateFile, SetFileAttributes, SetEndOfFile, WriteFile and CloseFile and did well.

The app calls 'FileUpload' and waits for return value.
In this case, the above commands are called from Apache to CBFS?
Otherwise, Apache calls a write(e.g) to CBFS and waits for completion.
CBFS calls GetFileInfo to our FS and, if receiving "*FileExist=FALSE", then CBFS by itself calls CreateFil

Our FS runs on windows explorer, but troubles on runing with Apache.

Our windows platform is Windows server 2008 R2 Enterprise.

Please re-post your question to a new topic (as it's not related to this topic in any way).

Sincerely yours
