Hello,

I am trying to install CBFS 3.1.82 on windows xp via "InstallA"-function and tell him to install all modules (parameter ModulesToInstall = 0x00030001). Installation is successful but there is only CbFsNetRdr3.dll in windows/system32 folder. The mount notifier dll is missing.
It works on windows 7 and it used to work on version 3.0.78 as well.

Regards,
Robert

Hello,
could you check the registry path HKLM\Software\VsmntNtf, does it exist after installation. Also specify, please, do you have CbFsMntNtf3.dll previously installed on your system. Thanks.

Hello,

the specified registy path does exist. There is also a subfolder HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\VsMntNtf\DriveIconMappings. Both folders are empty (no key or value set).

I've had CbFsMntNtf3.dll installed on my system before. I tried it with another vm running windows xp and no CbFs installed. The result was the same (no CbFsMntNtf3.dll in system32 folder).

Regards,
Robert

Hello,
thank you for the information. The bug is located and will be fixed in the nearest build. The problem refers to the 32-bit Windows versions only.
