I'm in the middle of making Windows logo testing for our application, is it possible to have a non-signed cbfs.sys/cbfs64.sys for submission ?

You can remove signature from existing drivers using signtool from SDK.
Also please assign your license tick to your user account, this will let us identify you as a customer.

BTW giving you the unsigned drivers (or stripping the signature) would not be enough - you need to sign drivers, then build a CAT file (and sign it), then build a CAB File (and sign it). I.e. you need to run part of the driver building procedure anyway, so you might choose just to run the complete source code building procedure (your company has source code license).

Also, do you have a code signing certificate issued by Verisign, Globalsign or other company? If you don't have Verisign or Globalsign certificate, you won't be able to sign the drivers (Comodo or other CAs are not accepted by Windows). So it's not that easy as just signing the drivers as you sign the regular application.
