I am using the latest beta drivers I am getting a BSOD with the following scenario.

1. Create a pnp storage with removablemedia characteristics.
2. Create a directory in the root of the drive called 'test'.
3. Create another directory in the root of the drive called 'Test'.
4. This causes a BSOD.

You can find the zipped kernel dumps here:
1. www.mediafour.com/temp/cbfs/kernelmemory.x86.zip. Win XP 32bit.
2. www.mediafour.com/temp/cbfs/kernelmemory.x64.zip. Win 7 64bit.
